How many memories
fit in 10 GB?

The plan includes 10 GB for your memories. If you used it for a single format, you could keep approximately:

These are alternatives, not quantities to add together. Photos, audio and video share the included space. File sizes and bitrates are illustrative; the figures vary with the size and quality of your files.

Each file can be up to about 25 MB (24 MiB). The audio and video hours are totals across multiple files or clips, each within that limit.

What happens after the 7 days?

When subscriptions become available, the trial will last 7 days. With annual billing, you will then be charged USD 48 a year and the subscription will renew automatically each year. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before the next renewal to avoid the next one.

How is the 10 GB shared?

Photos, audio, videos and other files use the same included space. The examples show a single format or a mix; the figures change with the size of each file.

Can I add more space?

When available, you can purchase an optional storage expansion for USD 0.99 a month for each additional 10 GB. You choose to purchase it: there are no automatic overage charges. It adds to the storage included in your plan, including the 20 GB launch benefit if you qualify. Purchases available soon.

How do I qualify for the launch benefit?

The first 1,000 customers to make their first Creator payment will receive 20 GB included at the same price. Signing up for the free trial does not count as a first payment. The base plan includes 10 GB. The 20 GB remain included while your subscription is active. Purchases available soon.

How are the annual savings calculated?

Twelve monthly payments of USD 5 total USD 60. Annual billing costs USD 48, saving USD 12: 20%. USD 4/month is the monthly equivalent of the annual payment; it is not a monthly charge.
